About Coco Délicieux

Hi! I’m Emily — a proud mom of two adorable children, a wife, a nutritionist, and the heart behind Coco Délicieux.

My journey began in Matagami, Northern Quebec, when I baked a cake for my son’s first birthday. I wanted to offer him a high-quality, less processed cake — one free from unnecessary chemicals. That simple act of love sparked a passion that soon blossomed into my very own bakery.

With a background in food nutrition and hotel cooking, I taught myself the art of cake decorating and sugar fondant, transforming my home kitchen into a space where creativity meets care. Today, Coco Délicieux is a fully health-approved, home-based bakery in Azilda, Greater Sudbury, dedicated to crafting custom cakes, macarons, cupcakes, and seasonal treats that are beautifully crafted, perfectly balanced, and never too sweet.

In 2025, I had the honor of participating in Taste of Sudbury for the first time — where I was awarded both the Sweetest Sensation and the People’s Choice Award. These recognitions remind me that my mission is working: I want people to be genuinely happy with my desserts, and that happiness is at the very heart of everything I create.
